2. Account Creation & Security
To create an account on vip3, you must register with accurate and up-to-date information. Each person may only operate one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited, and if detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed. The name, mobile number, and email provided at registration must be your own. Opening an account with false information will be treated as fraud.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. vip3 will not be liable for any losses resulting from sharing your password with others. Use a strong password — at least eight characters, combining numbers and special characters. If you forget your password, you can reset it via your registered mobile number or email address.
If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact our support team immediately. vip3 may request additional documentation for identity verification at any time in the interest of security. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. This verification process is carried out solely for your protection.
3. User Responsibilities

4. Platform Usage Rules

5. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on vip3 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh. Deposits are typically processed instantly; if a delay occurs due to a technical issue, please contact support.
Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will not be processed. Each withdrawal request is handled within 24 to 72 hours; however, additional verification may be required in certain cases, which could extend this timeframe. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
In cases of fraudulent transactions or chargeback requests, vip3 reserves the right to suspend the account and withhold the relevant funds. 6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will vip3's total liability exceed the user's most recent deposit amount.
